Information you provide
Forms may ask for your name, email, telephone number, property address and postcode, property details, preferred appointment information, access notes and message content. Provide only the information needed for your enquiry.
How we use it
Submitted details are used to review and respond to your booking, quote request or general enquiry, and to discuss property access and appointment arrangements. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and sent to the configured email recipient, currently info@upcuk.uk.
Payments
For domestic bookings, the website sends the booking details before opening the relevant Stripe Payment Link. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not collected by this website. A form submission alone is not proof of payment or an agreed appointment.
Service providers
Formspree processes submitted forms for delivery. Stripe processes checkout when you continue to its payment page. Their privacy terms apply to their services.
Retention and requests
Booking and enquiry information may be retained as needed to respond, arrange or administer the requested service and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. To ask about information you submitted, email info@upcuk.uk.
Cookies and external services
This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts and connects to Formspree when a form is submitted and to Stripe when a customer continues to checkout.
