Where do you provide EPC assessments?
We accept enquiries from across the UK. Availability depends on the property location and appointment scheduling, which we confirm after receiving the details.
How much is a domestic EPC?
Current listed bands are £65 for studio to 3 bedrooms, £75 for 4 to 5 bedrooms and £85 for 6 bedrooms. Homes with 7 or more bedrooms need a tailored quote.
How do I pay for a domestic EPC?
Complete the booking form first. It sends the booking details for review, then opens the matching Stripe checkout. Your appointment is agreed separately.
How is a commercial EPC priced?
Commercial buildings vary by size, use, layout and systems. Send us the building information and we’ll review the scope and provide a tailored quote.
